Eligibility
o become a CrossOver patient, you need to be:
Eligible for Medicaid / enrolled in Medicaid
OR
Uninsured and at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.
We accept all Virginia Medicaid insurance plans, but we do not accept patients with Medicare Part B or any other private health insurance.
Hours
Richmond:
Monday–Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Henrico:
Monday 8 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
