Eligibility is based on 1. Proof of residency 2. Income 3. Positive HIV diagnosis However, if you are in need of PrEP, PEP, STI or HIV testing, eligibility is not necessary.

Please call for a new client appointment. You will be connected to a team member who will walk you through the intake process and ensure you bring the documentation needed to establish you as a patient.
