1. Proof of residency
2. Income
3. Positive HIV diagnosis
However, if you are in need of PrEP, PEP, STI or HIV testing, eligibility is not necessary.

Please call for a new client appointment. You will be connected to a team member who will walk you through the intake process and ensure you bring the documentation needed to establish you as a patient.

Our convenient services are available at locations around Northern Virginia. At any given time, Inova Juniper provides services to about 1,800 active clients.
