We are proud to offer all aspects of primary medical care and mental health, substance abuse and case management services to HIV positive individuals along with a history of delivering compassionate HIV/AIDS clinical and education services. Our convenient services are available at locations around Northern Virginia. We provide compassionate, dignified care to individuals regardless of their sex, race, background, sexual orientation, religious preference, financial status or insurance coverage. Live in VA? Condoms Come to You! All orders are free, private, and will come to your home in discreet packaging in the mail. All orders come with a variety of male condoms that may include different sizes, colors, and brands. Mark any additional or special requests below. *Please note that we serve the South Eastern Region of Virginia. Out of state requests will not be processed. We cannot fulfill orders from Central Virginia. Requests from Northern and Northwest Virginia will be sent to community partners in those regions to fill. Limited deliveries will be made elsewhere in Virginia.

Named in honor of Romayne “Beth” Marschak, the program recognizes Beth’s more than two decades of dedicated service in DDP prior to her sudden passing in June 2026. Beth was a fierce advocate for the community, both through her work at VDH and through her longstanding community activism. She played a key role in establishing the DDP Condom Program and was instrumental in growing it into what it is today. The program now distributes more than half a million condoms each year through local health districts and community partners. The Division of Disease Prevention (DDP) organizes and distributes free condoms through the Beth Marschak Condom Program.  The program is aimed at reducing HIV and other sexually transmitted infections in Virginia through free and accessible condom access. Both local health districts and community partners are able to enroll in the program.  Organizations that participate in the program may order up to 100,000 condoms each year.  Agencies with multiple locations/sites may be approved to order more.  Smaller quantities of specialty condoms, such as insertive, non-latex, and Trojan condoms, are also available.

We serve everyone—regardless of age or insurance status. We want patients to understand that we—the staff, the doctors, the nurses— live, work and play in the same community as they do. When patients come to Community Access Network, they’re being treated by their neighbors, their fellow church members and those they see on the bus every morning. We want our patients to understand that their health is all that matters to us and that the quality of care they’ll receive will be consistent, courteous and compassionate. Our medical offices are open evening hours, and we offer same-day and walk-in services at some locations. We accept most insurances, including: PCHP, Optima, Anthem, Aetna, VAPremier, Tricare, Medicaid and Medicare.

The Council of Community Services Drop-In Center provides access to information/education, resources and services in the prevention and care of HIV/STDs and Hepatitis C (HCV).
