Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare (BRBH) is the Community Services Board serving adults, children and families with mental health disorders, developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders in the Roanoke Valley of Virginia. We serve residents of the Cities of Roanoke and Salem, and the Counties of Botetourt, Craig, and Roanoke.

-Provide information on long-term care options, such as assisted living arrangements -Suggest community programs to help the patient and caregiver meet care and social needs -Help access funds when financial limitations make obtaining medical care difficult, such as assistance with medications, medical care, food, rent or transportation -Counsel patients and caregivers who are having difficulty coping with illness Provide grief counseling -Help resolve family conflicts affecting the patient's care
