We are proud to offer all aspects of primary medical care and mental health, substance abuse and case management services to HIV positive individuals along with a history of delivering compassionate HIV/AIDS clinical and education services. Our convenient services are available at locations around Northern Virginia. We provide compassionate, dignified care to individuals regardless of their sex, race, background, sexual orientation, religious preference, financial status or insurance coverage. Operating for 40+ years, Southeastern Virginia Health System (SEVHS) is the premier community-based health care initiative in Hampton Roads for the insured, uninsured, and underinsured. The 501(c)3 operates twelve sites, providing primary care and dental services to individuals and families. SEVHS physicians are board-certified and provide services in the areas of family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics, and obstetrics/gynecology. With practices located in Newport News, Hampton, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, and Franklin, SEVHS also offers a number of other support services such as health education and nutrition counseling, case management, referrals to specialty care, medication assistance and on-site lab testing. Southeastern Virginia Health System is a member of the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) and the Virginia Community Healthcare Association (VACHA). SEVHS services over 25,000 patients annually.

Piedmont Access to Health Services, Inc. ("PATHS") is a non-profit 501c3 organization whose mission is to provide healthcare to all citizens (in South Central Virginia) -- regardless of their ability to pay. We serve the uninsured, unemployed or those on fixed incomes from Martinsville and Henry County. We serve patients with incomes below 200% of the Federal Poverty level, but with the highest unemployment rate in the Commonwealth, priority is given to patients at the low end of the range. We provide basic medical services, medication assistance, chronic disease education and referral for specialty care and/or ancillary testing as funding is available. Currently we serve over 500 local residents.

The Lloyd F. Moss Free Clinic serves low-income, uninsured adults who reside in the City of Fredericksburg and the Counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford. Approximately 90% of the clinic's patients have household incomes less than 125% of the federal poverty guidelines

The Harrisonburg-Rockingham Free Clinic provides free health care to individuals in our community who have no health insurance and are under 200% of the federal poverty level. Sixty percent of our clients are at or below 100% of the federal poverty level. Over 70% of our clients have one or more chronic diseases. About 70% percent of our clients are between the ages of 35 and 64.

Goochland Free Clinic and Family Services provides medical, mental health,and dental care to adult residents of Goochland County who are uninsured and cannot afford this care. Other services include a food pantry, emergency financial assistance, case management, emergency home repair, emergency housing, clothes closet, literacy and GED training, and medical transportation, Patients are required to be Goochland County residents with an income under 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
