HSZ&W is a statewide 501(c)3 non-profit offering weekly support meetings for parents, caregivers, and adult family members of transgender and gender-diverse individuals. Opportunities monthly to connect and learn with others including: virtual and in-person, morning and evening, plus Orientation, BIPOC, and Interfaith meetings. Weekly in-person and virtual support groups for LGBTQ+ persons up to age 25. Referrals for affirming service providers (medical, legal, etc.). Housing and other types of emergency assistance also available, including some transition-related items.
