Weekly in-person and virtual support groups for LGBTQ+ persons up to age 25. Referrals for affirming service providers (medical, legal, etc.). Housing and other types of emergency assistance also available, including some transition-related items. The Men in Transition (MIT) is a social support group dedicated to providing a safe space and platform centering the unique experiences of transmen. MIT is dedicated to improving access to resource referrals, providing leadership development and skill-building opportunities, and connecting transmen with community connections.

Monthly 2nd Friday meeting providing safe space for connection, peer-facilitated trans support, and community building. TGEA is for those in gender transition, considering the possibility (even remotely), or post-transition (however the individual may define that), and to anyone anywhere along the gender spectrum, whether static or dynamic. Significant others, friends, family, and allies are welcome. 2nd Friday is composed of four sub-groups: please see website for details about each group. 3rd Sunday group for significant others of those in transition. All groups are currently meeting on Zoom; contact for information on how to connect. TGEA can also provide speakers to organizations or community groups for outreach and/or education.

Letters to support readiness for gender transition care. Training a consultation for other providers with less experience in gender affirming mental health care.

Somos Familia (We are Family) support group for Latino MSM living with HIV, meets on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month. Services available in Spanish and English.

Free HIV testing, transgender peer support for incarcerated trans men, trans women, and GNC/non-binary folx, food distribution (meals on wheels program), distribution of clothes, shoes, toiletries, & hygiene products, LGBTQIA peer support group, educational workshops, peer support for victims of violence, job board, work readiness program, transportation assistance, and more development programs.
