Weekly in-person and virtual support groups for LGBTQ+ persons up to age 25. Referrals for affirming service providers (medical, legal, etc.). Housing and other types of emergency assistance also available, including some transition-related items. Trainings for service providers on how to best address needs of LGBTQ+ persons aged 25 and younger. Please see website for more information.

The Men in Transition (MIT) is a social support group dedicated to providing a safe space and platform centering the unique experiences of transmen. MIT is dedicated to improving access to resource referrals, providing leadership development and skill-building opportunities, and connecting transmen with community connections.
