We provide general primary care services, including wellness visits, chronic disease management, and acute care. Our services include PrEP, GYN exams, contraception management, psychiatric care, medication management, and pediatric vaccines. We also provide gender- and queer-affirming care, including HRT, for pediatric and adult patients. We are a direct primary care practice, which means that we do not accept insurance for our services, though insurance can be used for lab testing. Patients who are part of our practice pay a monthly membership.
