We provide general primary care services, including wellness visits, chronic disease management, and acute care. We also provide gender- and queer-affirming care, including HRT, for pediatric and adult patients. We are a direct primary care practice, which means that we do not accept insurance for our services, though insurance can be used for lab testing.
