The Chris Atwood Foundation is a peer-driven community organization in Northern Virginia that works to provide FREE lifesaving recovery support and resources to people impacted by substance use, to create policy changes that serve the health and well-being of the community, and to help prevent substance use disorder. Addiction is a health condition that requires proper care & treatment. Recovery is possible and there are many pathways to recovery. People who use substances have a right to healthcare and dignity. The ACLU uses litigation, lobbying, public education, and organizing at the state and federal levels to fight discrimination against people living with HIV. If you’ve been discriminated against based on sexual orientation, gender identity, or HIV status, the ACLU wants to hear about it.

Blue Ridge Medical Center provides comprehensive and accessible healthcare services including primary care, pediatrics, dentistry, and behavioral health to our Central Virginia Community.

We offer free syphilis, chlamydia, and gonorrhea testing.

The Free Clinic of Franklin County provides medical care to the uninsured of Franklin County. Our patients have incomes at or below 175% of the federal poverty guidelines. These are hard-working people who cannot afford the insurance offered by their employers.

Central Virginia Health Services is a non-profit community health center with Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) status. They started in 1970 as a community-based and patient-directed organization focused on providing care to people with limited access to the health services they need. They are committed to and must uphold a high level of care, meeting administrative, clinical, and financial standards as part of responsibility as a FQHC. They offer comprehensive care: medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and at some sites, x-ray services. The majority of their governing board is made up of their patients – at least 51% of board members must be representative of the patients they serve.

Established in 1978, Edmarc Hospice for Children was the first hospice in the nation designed specifically for children. Edmarc is the only pediatric hospice organization in Hampton Roads. The mission of Edmarc Hospice for Children is to ease the trauma of a child's illness or death and to reduce the disabling effects of pediatric illness, loss, and bereavement on families.

Inova Juniper Program is Northern Virginia's largest provider of HIV/AIDS care. We are proud to offer all aspects of primary medical care and mental health, substance abuse and case management services to HIV positive individuals along with a history of delivering compassionate HIV/AIDS clinical and education services. Our convenient services are available at locations around Northern Virginia. We provide compassionate, dignified care to individuals regardless of their sex, race, background, sexual orientation, religious preference, financial status or insurance coverage. Southern Dominion Health System, Inc. is a non-profit organization and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), committed to the health care of individuals and families of our community, regardless of race, religion or social status. We currently operate out of six (6) different Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health centers located in Lunenburg, Dinwiddie, Amelia and Greensville Counties. We are dedicated to providing health care to everyone, including the medically underserved, uninsured and underinsured. This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). This health center has FTCA deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
