The Free Clinic of Franklin County provides medical care to the uninsured of Franklin County. Our patients have incomes at or below 175% of the federal poverty guidelines. These are hard-working people who cannot afford the insurance offered by their employers.

Hampton Roads Clinics provides substance abuse treatment services. Fees may be reduced according to set scales based on your household size and income. Complete documentation of household income is required and must be provided at the time of service to be eligible. There may be certain programmatic or flat fees that cannot be adjusted.

Inova Juniper Program is Northern Virginia's largest provider of HIV/AIDS care. We are proud to offer all aspects of primary medical care and mental health, substance abuse and case management services to HIV positive individuals along with a history of delivering compassionate HIV/AIDS clinical and education services. Our convenient services are available at locations around Northern Virginia. We provide compassionate, dignified care to individuals regardless of their sex, race, background, sexual orientation, religious preference, financial status or insurance coverage. The Free Clinic of Central Virginia serves low-income (200% of the federal poverty level or lower) persons without health insurance, Medicare or Medicaid for the service being requested and provided. Present figures indicate that over 70% of the patients are working at least one part-time job or more. At least one-third of the Free Clinic patients have been identified with chronic illnesses (i.e. asthma, diabetes, hypertension), which necessitate ongoing medical care and medications. Specialty medical services are available in 20 different areas. A Medication Accesss Program, which is called MedsHelp, provides prescription services to Free Clinic patients as well to patients referred by physicians in the Central Virginia community. A dental clinic for exams, dental hygiene services, restorations, and extractions treated 2,034 unduplicated patients in over 5,200 visits in 2011. Some dental specialty services have been added, but they are only provided to long term patients at this time.

Goochland Free Clinic and Family Services provides medical, mental health,and dental care to adult residents of Goochland County who are uninsured and cannot afford this care. Other services include a food pantry, emergency financial assistance, case management, emergency home repair, emergency housing, clothes closet, literacy and GED training, and medical transportation, Patients are required to be Goochland County residents with an income under 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
