To provide access to service providers and improve the quality of life for homeless individuals, individuals and families living in poverty, income deficit families, and individuals infected with/affected (family, friends, relatives, and the general public) by hiv/aids/sti's. To promote and educate the general public to take preventative measures to stop the spread of hiv/aids/sti's and ultimately to reduce the infection rates of hiv/sti's. Additionally spa provides consultant services, education services, technical assistance and training to the general public to include local schools, universities, faith based groups, community based programs, organizations, agencies, police departments, correctional facilities, u. Programs: Prevention,education, awareness - spa provided hiv/aids and other sti's prevention, education and awareness activities. Additionally spa provided over 3,000 hours of consultant services, educational services, training, technical assistance to agencies, organizations, service providers and individuals.

Central Virginia Health Services is a non-profit community health center with Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) status. They started in 1970 as a community-based and patient-directed organization focused on providing care to people with limited access to the health services they need. They are committed to and must uphold a high level of care, meeting administrative, clinical, and financial standards as part of responsibility as a FQHC. They offer comprehensive care: medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and at some sites, x-ray services.
