Inova Juniper Program is Northern Virginia's largest provider of HIV/AIDS care. We are proud to offer all aspects of primary medical care and mental health, substance abuse and case management services to HIV positive individuals along with a history of delivering compassionate HIV/AIDS clinical and education services. Our convenient services are available at locations around Northern Virginia. We provide compassionate, dignified care to individuals regardless of their sex, race, background, sexual orientation, religious preference, financial status or insurance coverage. The Free Clinic of Franklin County provides medical care to the uninsured of Franklin County. Our patients have incomes at or below 175% of the federal poverty guidelines. These are hard-working people who cannot afford the insurance offered by their employers.

The mission of the Surry Area Free Clinic is to provide medical, dental and pharmaceutical care to the area working poor, using volunteer and professional staff. The Surry Area Free Clinic?s intention is to help those who are making a sincere effort to help themselves and their families. Most of our patients have incomes at or below 100% of the federal poverty level. We treat mostly patients who have at least one chronic illness.

The Community Clinic serves as primary care access for our community and team members who do not currently have a primary care provider or who need a timely appointment. The community clinic will operate as a primary care facility for adults who will benefit from a patient-centered approach that provides and all-inclusive environment and timely access to services. Our dedicated team includes resident physicians, medical students, Advanced Practice Provider students, medical assistants, nurses, case managers, and experienced clinicians, all who will work together to provide high-quality care. The clinic will address a wide range of medical needs, including:

• Chronic/routine Conditions: high blood pressure, heart disease, or asthma
• Acute Care: head colds, rashes, and achy joints
• Preventative services: annual wellness checks, screenings, and immunizations.

Whether a person requires routine check-ups, management of chronic conditions, or urgent medical attention, the Community Clinic can be their primary home.

Programs that provide comprehensive preventive, diagnostic and treatment services for people who have contracted gonorrhea, syphilis, genital herpes or another infection that is transmitted by sexual contact. Treatment usually involves an investigation of recent contacts of people who have been infected to stop the spread of the infection .

Ari Laoch (R-ee Lay-Awk), he/they is a Virginia Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and LPC-supervisor, a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). Ari received his Master of Science in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling (2017) and his PhD in Health-Related Sciences: Rehabilitation Leadership (2025) from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community. LGBT Life Center offers frozen, ready-made meals, pantry assistance (like proteins, canned goods, and dry goods), and quality produce to help end hunger in our community.

CrossOver Healthcare Ministry is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides compassionate, high-quality healthcare to the uninsured and those enrolled in Medicaid in our community through the operation of two healthcare clinics, one in the City of Richmond and one in Henrico County.
