Our mission is to offer affirming community-based health and wellness services to all with a special expertise in LGBTQ and HIV care. We empower all persons to live healthy, love openly, and achieve equality and inclusion. Through multiple locations throughout DC, we provide stigma-free care to anyone who walks through our doors. We are proud and honored to be a place where the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and queer communities, as well to those living with or affected by HIV feel supported, welcomed and respected. We provide general primary care services, including wellness visits, chronic disease management, and acute care. Our services include PrEP, GYN exams, contraception management, psychiatric care, medication management, and pediatric vaccines. We also provide gender- and queer-affirming care, including HRT, for pediatric and adult patients. We are a direct primary care practice, which means that we do not accept insurance for our services, though insurance can be used for lab testing. Patients who are part of our practice pay a monthly membership.

Inova Juniper Program is Northern Virginia's largest provider of HIV/AIDS care. We are proud to offer all aspects of primary medical care and mental health, substance abuse and case management services to HIV positive individuals along with a history of delivering compassionate HIV/AIDS clinical and education services. Our convenient services are available at locations around Northern Virginia. We provide compassionate, dignified care to individuals regardless of their sex, race, background, sexual orientation, religious preference, financial status or insurance coverage. At any given time, Inova Juniper provides services to about 1,800 active clients. Ryan White Part B Eligibility Assessment Site.

Programs that provide walk-in, walk-out diagnostic and treatment services for children, adolescents and/or adults who have acute or chronic psychiatric disorders but do not need 24-hour care; and/or provide counseling services for individuals, couples, families and extended family groups who may be experiencing difficulty resolving personal or interpersonal conflicts or making personal adjustments to stressful life situations such as separation, divorce, widowhood, loss of a child, poor health, unemployment, family violence, delinquency or substance abuse.

Created by the County of Accomack and the County of Northampton, the Authority is tasked with providing safe, sanitary and affordable housing to low income residents of the Eastern Shore. The A-NRHA focuses on developing rental housing and manages the regional Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. The Authority also owns several apartment complexes and continues work to provide a sufficient number of attractive and affordable rental units.

Programs that provide assistance for people who have suffered bodily harm or damage to their health as a result of an accident or other occurrence in which negligence was involved; or who have been injured through an invasion of personal rights such as libel, slander, malicious prosecution, false imprisonment or mental suffering. Also included are programs that assist people who have been accused of inflicting any of the above forms of personal injury. Some programs limit their services to personal injury defense.

The ACLU uses litigation, lobbying, public education, and organizing at the state and federal levels to fight discrimination against people living with HIV. If you’ve been discriminated against based on sexual orientation, gender identity, or HIV status, the ACLU wants to hear about it.
