H.E.L.P. Free Clinic, located in Hampton, serves the low-income poor and working populations of Hampton and Newport News who do not have health insurance. We are an acute medical clinic which will see patients who earn less than 200% of the federal poverty level.

Primary care services; psychiatric services; individual psychotherapy and counseling; hormone therapy – in consultation with an endocrinologist; obstetrics/gynecological services; transgender clinic; vaccines; birth control (contraception); referral letters for surgery (including hysterectomy, transmasculine chest reconstruction, transfeminine breast augmentation, orchiectomy, facial plastic surgery) and for gender marker changes; referrals to other trans-competent resources provided, including gender confirmation surgeons.

Operating for 40+ years, Southeastern Virginia Health System (SEVHS) is the premier community-based health care initiative in Hampton Roads for the insured, uninsured, and underinsured. The 501(c)3 operates twelve sites, providing primary care and dental services to individuals and families. SEVHS physicians are board-certified and provide services in the areas of family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics, and obstetrics/gynecology. With practices located in Newport News, Hampton, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, and Franklin, SEVHS also offers a number of other support services such as health education and nutrition counseling, case management, referrals to specialty care, medication assistance and on-site lab testing. They are committed to and must uphold a high level of care, meeting administrative, clinical, and financial standards as part of responsibility as a FQHC. They offer comprehensive care: medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and at some sites, x-ray services. The majority of their governing board is made up of their patients – at least 51% of board members must be representative of the patients they serve.

The Loudoun Free Clinic provides quality volunteer health care services to low-income, uninsured residents of Loudoun County whose health care needs would otherwise go unmet. To qualify for services, patients must be residents of Loudoun County, ages 18 ? 64, uninsured and have income levels at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
