The Arlington Recovery Center offers medically monitored and clinically managed intensive residential treatment services for Arlington County adult men and women. Operated for Arlington County, this adult rehabilitation center helps break the cycle of drug and alcohol misuse and equips patients with the tools needed to be successful at the next appropriate level of care.

The Chris Atwood Foundation is a peer-driven community organization in Northern Virginia that works to provide FREE lifesaving recovery support and resources to people impacted by substance use, to create policy changes that serve the health and well-being of the community, and to help prevent substance use disorder. The mission of the Surry Area Free Clinic is to provide medical, dental and pharmaceutical care to the area working poor, using volunteer and professional staff. The Surry Area Free Clinic?s intention is to help those who are making a sincere effort to help themselves and their families. Most of our patients have incomes at or below 100% of the federal poverty level. We treat mostly patients who have at least one chronic illness.

Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare (BRBH) is the Community Services Board serving adults, children and families with mental health disorders, developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders in the Roanoke Valley of Virginia. We serve residents of the Cities of Roanoke and Salem, and the Counties of Botetourt, Craig, and Roanoke.

Shenandoah County Free Clinic sees people at or below 150 percent of the federal poverty level who have no other means of acquiring health care. Most of the patients are below 100% of the poverty level. Approximately two-thirds of the patients have one or more chronic conditions requiring continuing medication. Thanks to award-winning volunteers and donated services, the clinic is able to provide over $8 in care for every dollar received.
