We empower all persons to live healthy, love openly, and achieve equality and inclusion. Through multiple locations throughout DC, we provide stigma-free care to anyone who walks through our doors. We are proud and honored to be a place where the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and queer communities, as well to those living with or affected by HIV feel supported, welcomed and respected. H.E.L.P. Free Clinic, located in Hampton, serves the low-income poor and working populations of Hampton and Newport News who do not have health insurance. We are an acute medical clinic which will see patients who earn less than 200% of the federal poverty level.

Inova Juniper Program is Northern Virginia's largest provider of HIV/AIDS care. We are proud to offer all aspects of primary medical care and mental health, substance abuse and case management services to HIV positive individuals along with a history of delivering compassionate HIV/AIDS clinical and education services. Our convenient services are available at locations around Northern Virginia. We provide compassionate, dignified care to individuals regardless of their sex, race, background, sexual orientation, religious preference, financial status or insurance coverage. At any given time, Inova Juniper provides services to about 1,800 active clients. Ryan White Part B Eligibility Assessment Site.

LGBTQ affirming counseling for youth and adults, play and expressive therapies for children and teens. Spanish language service available. Provides referral letters for hormone therapy and/or surgery.

Community Based Organization

The Loudoun Free Clinic provides quality volunteer health care services to low-income, uninsured residents of Loudoun County whose health care needs would otherwise go unmet. To qualify for services, patients must be residents of Loudoun County, ages 18 ? 64, uninsured and have income levels at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. The primary purpose of Richmond REBOS is to promote sobriety in those afflicted with alcoholism and drug addiction by providing a meeting place for the 12 step programs of AA, NA and Alanon in addition to providing a "safe haven" and fellowship for those suffering and their families.

The Lackey Free Clinic is a faith-based free health ministry, and serves patients who live in Williamsburg, York County, and Newport News. We provide medical, dental and mental health care as well as prescriptions to individuals residing in the area who fall below 200% of the federal poverty level and are not insured. Many of our patients work multiple part-time jobs or full-time jobs but do not have health benefits.

Blue Ridge Medical Center provides comprehensive and accessible healthcare services including primary care, pediatrics, dentistry, and behavioral health to our Central Virginia Community.

To ensure that each and every Alexandrian teen succeeds – physically, emotionally, socially, and academically – by collaboratively providing an easily accessible medical clinic at Alexandria High School. Services that are NON-CONFIDENTIAL and need parent/guardian consent if you are under the age of 18: NEW: COVID-19 vaccines, by appointment or available during any other visit Immunizations for HPV, Influenza (flu), TDAP and more Tuberculosis Testing Treatment of colds, acne, and other minor illnesses Physical examinations required for schools, participation in sports, employment and the Special Olympics Services that are CONFIDENTIAL and do NOT need parent/guardian consent: Pregnancy testing and prevention Diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted infections (Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, HIV and more) Reproductive health services (including prescribing birth control) Health education on nutrition, exercise, and stress reduction techniques Behavior change counseling Mental health and substance abuse counseling

St. Luke Community Clinic (SLCC) serves uninsured patients who are under 200% of the federal poverty level. SLCC provides chronic and primary care to eligible individuals referring patients for more specialized care if that care is available from our medical partners in our community. From the ages of 18 to 64, our patient population transcends all walks of life. A woman?s health program is available. The clinic also works with patients to obtain necessary medications.
