Our mission is to offer affirming community-based health and wellness services to all with a special expertise in LGBTQ and HIV care. We empower all persons to live healthy, love openly, and achieve equality and inclusion. Through multiple locations throughout DC, we provide stigma-free care to anyone who walks through our doors. We are proud and honored to be a place where the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and queer communities, as well to those living with or affected by HIV feel supported, welcomed and respected. Operating for 40+ years, Southeastern Virginia Health System (SEVHS) is the premier community-based health care initiative in Hampton Roads for the insured, uninsured, and underinsured. The 501(c)3 operates twelve sites, providing primary care and dental services to individuals and families. SEVHS physicians are board-certified and provide services in the areas of family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics, and obstetrics/gynecology. With practices located in Newport News, Hampton, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, and Franklin, SEVHS also offers a number of other support services such as health education and nutrition counseling, case management, referrals to specialty care, medication assistance and on-site lab testing. Southeastern Virginia Health System is a member of the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) and the Virginia Community Healthcare Association (VACHA). SEVHS services over 25,000 patients annually.

Inova Juniper Program is Northern Virginia's largest provider of HIV/AIDS care. We are proud to offer all aspects of primary medical care and mental health, substance abuse and case management services to HIV positive individuals along with a history of delivering compassionate HIV/AIDS clinical and education services. Our convenient services are available at locations around Northern Virginia. We provide compassionate, dignified care to individuals regardless of their sex, race, background, sexual orientation, religious preference, financial status or insurance coverage. Programs that provide a therapeutic living environment in community-based facilities for individuals who have emotional and/or behavioral problems and require a structured, supervised treatment program which may include individual, group, family and other treatment modalities as appropriate, but who do not require inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.

The Free Medical Clinic of Northern Shenandoah Valley in Winchester, Virginia, serves low-income, uninsured working residents of Frederick County, Winchester City, and Clarke County. Almost 100% of patients served by the Free Medical Clinic of Northern Shenandoah Valley have incomes at or below 150% of the federal poverty level. Approximately two-thirds of the FMC of Northern Shenandoah Valley patients have one or more chronic illnesses which require ongoing medication therapies, etc. ? In 2011 the Clinic provided 9366 patient visits, treated 1048 patients, and screened 532 new patients for services.

Primary medical care/ambulatory outpatient care, mental health services, HIV specialty care, medical and non-medical services, HIV testing & referral services, medical transportation services, and LGBTQ meeting and event space. Bridges is an unlocked psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF), offering programs for Virginia children and adolescents ages 6-17. Residential treatment programs are helpful for youth who have not responded to outpatient treatments, who have educational needs that cannot be met in a less restrictive setting, or who are in need of further intensive treatment following inpatient acute psychiatric care. For youth who have exhausted the less restrictive options in their community, Bridges is there to help.

We offer free condoms (external and internal) and dental dams.

Individual and group psychotherapy and counseling. Can provide letters of support for hormone therapy and gender confirmation surgery.

Public health nurses, environmental health specialists and office support staff are dedicated to the mission of promoting optimum health, preventing disease and protecting the health of the community.

Programs that provide inoculations or other prophylactic measures to prevent susceptible individuals from contracting specific diseases for which means of control have been developed including immunizations recommended specifically for newborns and young children, booster shots to prevent the occurrence of childhood illnesses in adolescence and adulthood, inoculations recommended specifically for pregnant individuals and immunizations against illnesses such as shingles and pneumonia for older adults.

The Men in Transition (MIT) is a social support group dedicated to providing a safe space and platform centering the unique experiences of transmen. MIT is dedicated to improving access to resource referrals, providing leadership development and skill-building opportunities, and connecting transmen with community connections.

Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare (BRBH) is the Community Services Board serving adults, children and families with mental health disorders, developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders in the Roanoke Valley of Virginia. We serve residents of the Cities of Roanoke and Salem, and the Counties of Botetourt, Craig, and Roanoke.
